Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 working days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

We will notify you via email once your order has been processed and shipped, along with tracking information if applicable.

Shipping Methods:

We offer various shipping methods depending on the destination and the size of the package. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Available shipping methods may include standard shipping using local courier service providers, third party services like (LALA MOVE, etc), express shipping and international shipping for international customers.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the package, the shipping method selected, and the destination address.

You will be able to view the shipping rates for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination address.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and are based on carrier estimates. However, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

In general purchased items will be processed within 3 working days. In case your orders on weekend or on our public holidays then we will process it once we are back to work.

Oversea shipping may take time from 3 days to 60 days depending on shipping company.

EMS may take longer time to process. Some customers received it in 10 days and some take up to 40 days.

DHL / FedEx / UPS normally take up to 7 days.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

Any handling charges by shipping company on the receiver’s part is beyond our control as we are not informed about it.

Tracking No:

Customer will be given tracking number to track the item(s) status.

Make sure to ask seller for tracking number if not given in 7 days except for Pre-Order items.

Shipping Restrictions:

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions or limitations due to their size, weight, or content. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

Kanicen Nix is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they have been accepted by the carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve any shipping issues to the best of our ability.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

Insurance:

All local and International customers advisable/must purchase insurance for protection. The insurance charges are based on the item(s) value only.

In the case item(s) is lost we will assist in submitting complaint report and the time taken by shipping company to respond is beyond our control. Some shipping company like EMS will take more than 2 months to process it since they have to communicate with customer’s side shipping company. They have their own procedure.

Value refunded is subjected to shipping company. We will only assist to get things done properly. Any amount returned by the shipping company will be refunded to customer provided we did not send any new items(s) as replacement.

Change of Address:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

Policy Changes:

Kanicen Nix reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
